Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. At Lumina Design London, we take pride in our exquisite, handcrafted jewellery, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that customised or personalised pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important:

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or altered.
  • Please do not ship your return before contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of wear or use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@luminadesignlondon.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same piece, please send us an email at info@luminadesignlondon.com and await further instructions on how and where to send your item.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or posted to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please first email us at info@luminadesignlondon.com. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the most appropriate return address and instructions for shipping your product back to us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
